PURCHASING PROCEDURE

This section is dedicated to cover essential subjects when considering ordering any of our products, including specific instructions on our online shop.

To make a purchase, just consult our Game and Toy Catalog, which offers information and images on our products.

After choosing a product, click “BUY” to be redirected to our online shop, which displays a series of options to add products to the shopping cart by just clicking on the “ADD TO CART” icon.

A screen will be displayed showing the number of products in the shopping cart so far.

To select the exact number of products, overtype the pre-set quantity of “1” with the desired number, and click on “UPDATE”.

To remove a product from the cart altogether, just click on the “REMOVE” icon against the item concerned, and click on “UPDATE”.

In both cases, the shopping cart will then be re-displayed with the changes shown.

To return to the shop, to browse further or make more purchases, just click the “CONTINUE SHOPPING” button.

To see what is in the shopping cart at any time and change quantities or remove products, click the “VIEW CART” button above in the screen.

To finish shopping, click on the “CHECK-OUT” button.

The shopping cart will be displayed listing all the selected products, their final price and total cost including VAT. Just follow the sequence of screens in the check-out process by typing in any information requested and then clicking “NEXT”.

To change, remove, or cancel the shopping cart contents at any time, just click on “CANCEL”, or click on “BACK” to return to a previous step.

ORDER COMPLETION

Order acceptance and the completion of the purchase contract will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered, unless we notify the buyer in advance that we do not accept the order, or in the case of cancellation as specified in our Cancellations and Return policy.
