SHIPPING AND DELIVERY DETAILS

Shipping and delivery details and information are essential when considering ordering a product or service on the Internet.

Once received any order in our system, we see it as our responsibility to get the product to the buyer as soon as possible.

SHIPPING DETAILS

Orders placed by our customers are carefully shipped via mail/package delivery service, and insured during transit to cover damage or non-delivery.

As soon as the order is ready to be shipped from our premises, we send out a shipping confirmation by email to the customer’s email address.

Please note that orders must be paid for in full before shipping, remaining the property of MCT - Meb Johnsons Jatto until payment is received at our offices.

DELIVERY DETAILS

On regular orders, we quote between 15-45 working days for the product to arrive at the customer’s address.

If the order is urgent, and the customer cannot wait for the whole order to become available, we can split it into two or more shipments, which will alter the final shipping costs.

Orders are shipped to the billing address, unless otherwise specified at time of ordering.

All other orders will require a signature. For these, if no-one is available when the package is delivered, the courier will leave a card with details to either collect it from their depot or arrange to have it delivered a second time. If there is no-one available to sign, the order will be returned to us, which will result in a possible third delivery including additional costs.

Please wait two days after the estimated delivery date before contacting us about a missing order. During that time, we recommend to ask the local sorting office if they have already tried to deliver it, and ask your neighbours if the package has been left with them.

If after the referred term no package has arrived, please contact us to resolve the problem.
